‘Damascus Lives & Loves’ is a short documentary about the daily life of people in the oldest inhabited city in the world during these difficult times that Syria is experiencing.
The short documentary will have no voice-over, neither subtitles nor any additional information, but what you see of the city itself.
The goal is to make what is considered impossible- to transfer and express the magical atmosphere of the city of jasmine through these short shots taken in autumn of 2016 both the Old city of Damascus, and it’s modern part.
